An employee had just finished washing a window and was closing the window when the ladder he was standing on slid out. The employee fell approximately 12-15 feet to the ground and the ladder struck his head during the fall. The employee sustained a cut above the right eye, injuries to his forehead that required stitches, fractures to both wrists, and weakness in the left arm.
