What happened

While at account 20598 EE was tasked with delivering product from a sideloader. This was EE 's 2nd stop of the day and is not an account they usually service. As this is new account for them EE was down stacking cases then wheeling them into the account one at a time. After down stacking their 3rd stack of cases about 8 or 9 cases high EE went to put them on the hand truck and wheel them into account. While product was on hand truck EE turned and began to wheel it into store when they felt as they stated a pop or maybe a tear in their groin area. EE stated during process with hand truck they did not do anything out of the ordinary and did usual lifting and turning technique with the hand truck. EE finished the account delivery of 40 cases thinking pain would subside. After delivery process EE felt a burning sensation and called supervisor. EE stated they did not do anything strenuous over weekend and this was the first time they have ever felt this type of pain.
