EE called in to dispatch to notify that they were present during a robbery situation and they had been locked in the account by the employee of the store. As the EE was in the account with the individual EE states that they heard the individual make a threatening statement which made the EE nervous and the EE began to have trouble breathing. The individual broke the window of the account and fled while EE was in the back of the store. When police a supervisor and [REDACTED] spouse arrived on scene; EE stated that they felt that they were having trouble breathing and their heart was beating fast. EE 's spouse requested that he immediately go to the ER two blocks away where spouse worked. EE went to the ER where tests were run and the EE was diagnosed with a panic attack and prescribed meds.
