What happened

While EE was driving from one account to the next they felt a sharp pain start in their left forearm and going up toward their shoulder. EE could not remember the exact accounts they were going to or from but did state the injury happened in city of [REDACTED]. Driver states they felt the pain while turning their steering wheel to the right. Directly after making the right turn EE felt pain in their left arm but thought it would subside and chose to finish their route. EE states they were driving with both hands on the wheel and did not do anything out of the ordinary when driving. Post route EE continued to have pain and reported the incident to management and completed an incident form. At this point EE opted to wait over the weekend and consult with Briotix. The following week EE consulted with Briotix and continued to treat with Briotix four times before opting for the clinic. Upon return EE was given 15 lb restrictions along with physical therapy.
