What happened
EE was riding the walkie rider to pick up a new pallet when they drove over a wet spot in the floor. EE felt the equipment was beginning to speed out of their control and they were going towards pallets. EE did not attempt to stop the equipment or use the E stop button. EE jumped off the equipment which continued to move forward and hit [REDACTED] foot. EE became distraught stating he was in extreme pain. EE then was driven to the ER where they diagnosed a contusion to the foot. EE followed up at the clinic and received restrictions.
