What happened

As EE was reaching down to grab a 24 pack of [REDACTED] glass they cut their left arm. EE was poised in front of a pallet where the [REDACTED] was staged. In front of the needed 24 pk of [REDACTED] was another 24 pk of broken glass product ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]). EE reached over the broken glass product in order to get the [REDACTED] they needed. EE did not notice inside the broken case there were broken shards of glass poking upward through the plastic wrap that covers the top and sides of the bottles. As EE was moving their arms downward toward the 24 pk of [REDACTED] their left forearm was caught on a piece of the broken glass cutting the employee. EE lifted case and immediately felt the blood rolling down their arm. Account helped EE bandage would and after confirming EE was alert and orientated they were directed to return to the branch.
