Moving Product

As EE was merching account 27311 they suffered some lower back pain that radiated into the left leg. They were taking product from a pallet into a shelf for customers to potentially grab. The shelf was the 2nd shelf from the bottom row that required EE to bend themselves in order to put the product away. After investigation it was confirmed EE bended their back rather then bending their legs when lowering themselves to put the product away. EE stated they carried the product approximately 15 ' from the pallet to the racking. EE carried 2 cases of [REDACTED] prior to hurting their back. The pain initially started after they moved their 3rd case of [REDACTED] to the racking. EE seen the athletic trainer and opted for medical care.
