At approximately [REDACTED] an athlete was working in returns when she was opening a box with a box cutter and cut her left thumb. when asked the athlete stated that the box cutter did not have a guard on it. Athletes wound was cleaned with saline and a bandaged applied. Athlete was sent to Concentra.
