Receiving merchandise from boxes at workstation

Athlete was working in receiving when she turned to the left to lift and pull a box off of the roller line onto her workstation when she felt a pain in her left back muscle. Athlete went to break room and safety was called. When asked athlete stated that it felt like a big knot in her back and her pain was a 5 out of 10. Safety had athlete reenact how the incident uncured at her station. The box that the athlete was trying to pull onto her workstation was labeled as being 27.5 KG which converts to 60.63 lbs. An ice pack was applied to the injured site.
