I was pulling a laundry cart.
What happened
While pulling the laundry cart my left foot started to hurt. I went to the Emergency Department (ED) on [REDACTED] and was diagnosed with a left foot strain multifocal osteoarthritis of the left foot and ankle and an old 2nd metatarsal fracture. Old injury reinjured.
