Descent from a ladder

Maintenance EE was checking the burners on the North side of the beam oven The EE used the area ladder climbed 4 steps to make visual confirmation that the burner was lit On his descent as he stepped onto the floor the maintenance EE expressed that he felt a pop in his left knee The maintenance EE reported the incident to his lead and was offered first aid and an ice bag which he declined The EE was directed to sit for a little while so that his knee could be reassessed The EE expressed that his knee was sore but was able to return to work
