EE was moving hook rack to be able to access open side

EE was assigned to unhang. After one side of the hook cart became full EE attempted to turn the hook cart around so that the empty side would be facing the conveyor. EE pushed the south end of the hook cart and grabbed the handle of the opposite end and pulled it to stop it. When the EE attempted to stop the cart they felt a sharp pain on the right side of their back. [REDACTED] heard the employee yell and came over to see if [REDACTED] was okay. After checking on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] left to notify the supervisor. [REDACTED] was then taken to see [REDACTED] where ice was applied to [REDACTED]s back. [REDACTED] also came over to help [REDACTED] when they heard the yell. [REDACTED] then began removing hooks for [REDACTED].
