Stepping off 10 inch platform

EE was monitoring the paint line every hook station while the line was running 30lb cylinders. EE was standing on a raised 10-inch platform on the West side of the conveyance EE was monitoring the mid-hooks picking up the 30lb cylinders. EE was keeping an eye on the clock to be ready to place a gap in the overhead conveyor at [REDACTED]. At [REDACTED] EE stepped sideways off the platform to the West with their right foot. EEs right foot was on the floor and as they continued to step off their left boot got caught on the edge of the platform causing the EE to fall to the floor. EE landed on their right side of their buttocks when they fell rolled over to their right onto their stomach. EE then rolled all the way over to their left side. EE stated that they were experiencing pain and discomfort in their right hip area. EE remained on the floor until medics arrived who placed the EE on a stretcher. EE was transported to an emergency room for further evaluation.
