What happened
Laceration to the right lower leg IW was working on the Schuler press the press was out of blanks and needed a new rack of blanks Forklift driver removed the empty rack from the Schuler input and place a new half full rack into the Schuler input table The rack had three stacks of blanks on it IW walked Northwest to the Schuler input table and rotated the South stack of blanks CCW IW then looked at the North stack of blanks IW scrapped 2 to 3 blanks from the North and South stacks IW returned to the South stack and rotated the stack CW IW then scrapped 2 to 4 blanks and rotated the South stack CCW again At this time the South stack of blanks started to fall East towards the IW The IW Fell back onto the concrete floor EE2 was walking North from press 3 area and seen the IW on the floor EE2 removed the blanks from IWs right leg IW has a 7 to 8 inch laceration to their lower right leg
