Clearing trim unit from failed trim

[REDACTED] was inside North trim unit removing a 20 top shell that was stuck on the spindle As [REDACTED] went to grip the part and pull it up and out they noticed it was caught The part was at a 45 degree angle with their right hand at [REDACTED] and left hand at [REDACTED] position an unseen sliver of metal about 3 inches long at the [REDACTED] position of the shell punctured [REDACTED]s glove and pierced their right pinky finger between the 1st and 2nd knuckle [REDACTED] jerked their hand back which caused the metal sliver to slice their skin downwards and the glove to remain stuck on the metal sliver [REDACTED] left the trim unit and approached WL Leadership with the injury Pressroom Supervisor and EHS were advised and administered first aid and utilized a bodily fluid cleanup kit to remove blood from the shop floor North trim unit was locked out for investigation [REDACTED] was taken offsite for evaluation [REDACTED] was wearing the green [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Armor puncture resis
