Before the incident
Employee was returning from speaking with her Manager to clean in the employee break room. She was walked through the stack off area and between the end of the belt and a designated pallet storage as she veered into the designated area marked with a yellow line on the floor for pallet storage
What happened
Her left foot contacted the side of the wooden pallet causing her to trip and fall forward bracing her fall with her outstretched left hand and landing on the cement floor on her left knee.
