City Letter [REDACTED] sprained his right ankle on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. He states he was walking on uneven grass when he fell to the ground in pain. He stayed on the ground for about 2 to 3 minutes before he attempted to get back on his feet. He attempted to complete his assigned route for the next 2 to 3 hours but the pain got worse after each step. He taken off his route and did some apartments instead. He requested medical care at Advent Health Centra Care in [REDACTED] He is out of work through [REDACTED] which is his scheduled follow-up appointment.
