What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] reported tripping over a parking block as she loaded an LLV. She stated that it had been raining and because she lifted a heavy package she tripped over the parking block and fell down. City Letter Carrier who witnessed her fall stated that she was between the LLV back door and the parking block. She reported the incident to her supervisor and delivered her assigned route that day without further incident. Before she fell in the parking lot she told her supervisor she did not want a walking route that day because she could not walk. She stated she injured the left side of her rib cage both hands both wrists and the back of her was neck was in pain. Also she stated she previously fell on the job on [REDACTED] for which she sought medical care at the same facility as this incident. She stated the fall on [REDACTED] resulted in a knot in her neck.
