What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. CCA was injured when another CCA accidentally pushed an orange gurney full of packages into her left leg. CCA had exited the first set of vestibule doors but the second set of doors were hard to push through so she stalled a little. CCA followed her exit through the first set of doors and assumed she had passed through the second set of doors without stopping the orange gurney he was pushing hit her left leg. The CCA thought she was okay and continued to deliver her assigned Amazon route. After a [REDACTED] she called Supervisor and reported she was not able to complete her route assignment because her left was hurting and it had turned black and blue. She completed an Offer of Medical Care. She chose Dr at [REDACTED] for medical care. No further update on her status as of this date.
