CCA on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] He was on a walking route (621). He had his carrier mail sack which was full of mail while walking towards [REDACTED] a residence. He stepped on an uneven part of the sidewalk which caused his left ankle to twist. At that moment it hurt but he continued to work hoping the pain would go away. That same night [REDACTED] his left ankle was still in pain. The next day [REDACTED] he continued to work in pain throughout the day. On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] he notified his manager of the injury because the pain was persistent and he felt he needed medical care. He received medical care at South Tampa Immediate Care [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. Diagnosis was a sprain left ankle. He was told to take [REDACTED] off and resume work. His follow appointment scheduled for [REDACTED].
