What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] City Carrier was descending 4 steps at [REDACTED] He missed the bottom a step and jolted his left hip. He felt his hip get tweaked and immediately felt pain. He continued to work. The pain got worse as he continued to work. He stated he spoke with the manager and told him about the accident when he returned to the delivery unit before he ended his tour. He felt pain through the night and the following day he could not walk more than 2 feet. He went to St. Anthony Hospital [REDACTED] for medical attention. He provided documentation from the Emergency Room visit but the paperwork does not provide information regarding his status for work or a follow up exam.
