Standing on the roof a ProMaster

On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] City Carrier Assistant drove into a water culvert area near a business. The Carrier called me to inform me that he was stuck in water and was filling his vehicle. After carrier sent me pictures of the incident it was in a [REDACTED] master and the front end was submerged under water. Carrier informed me that he exited the vehicle to escape waist deep water in the vehicle he climbed up on the roof of the vehicle and vehicle door slammed on his ankle. The carrier was getting drenched and jumped from the roof to the ground where he injured his ankle and his right knee in the process.
