What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] carrier was casing his [REDACTED] when he lifted a [REDACTED] bundle after that the pain started in his ribs (left side area). The pain was 3 out of 10 so he kept working and around [REDACTED] he was loading the package in his LLV in the parking lot. When he stated loading the DPS around the third tray of DPS the pain was 10 out of 10 and at that point he stated he couldn 't stand up straight. He call another carrier on 905 who was in the parking lot at the time and helped him stand because he said he couldn 't stand on his own because of the pain.
