On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] City Letter [REDACTED] was stung on the elbow area of his right arm. He walked up to the mailbox at [REDACTED] with mail in hand as he put the mail into the box he felt multiple sharp stings on elbow area of his right arm. He swatted whatever it was stinging him and quickly walked back to his vehicle and called his supervisor. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] requested medical care and completed a [REDACTED] for his injuries. For medical care he went to TCH Urgent Care [REDACTED]. He has not given us any update to his status at this time.
