At approximately [REDACTED] an employee was walking along the mezzanine above line 2 decorators. The employee hit a doubling box with their right lower leg. The incident resulted in the employee receiving a laceration to their lower right leg. The employee immediately went to their supervisor to report what had happened. The supervisor escorted the employee to the first aid room for evaluation. It was determined the employee would need to be treated with stitches to close the wound. The employee was treated at Medical Center Urgentcare where they received 10 stitches. The employee was released back to work with no restrictions.
