Before the incident
installing new light switches for ink room
What happened
Employee was working in new ink room separating light switch from lights. Wires were insulated but power was still live. Employee pulled wire with one hand and held metal box in the other as he pulled insulation came off contacting box causing shock. Employee was unable to release causing breaker to trip and employee falling to ground. Employee unconscious and no pulse CPR was administered and AED deployed. After AED deployed employee responsive when EMT arrived. Employee was hooked to oxygen and taken to Med Center Held overnight for observation for 24hrs then released
