What happened
Temp employee was in the process of moving a pallet with cans while performing an AQL inspection. She was moving the pallet by pulling on the straps. As she was doing this the strap popped causing her to lose her balance and fall. As she was falling down she put her right hand up to catch herself before hitting the floor. This caused her to fracture her right wrist.
