Back end [REDACTED] was walking under the [REDACTED] necker camera. As he was walking back his head impacted a bolt that was sticking out longer than the rest. This led to a laceration on his head of about 2 inches. Employee reported injury to the supervisor on duty. After washing down the laceration it was determined that medical intervention was needed. Employee was taken to the nearest urgent care where they received 3 staples to close the injury. Employee returned to work with no restrictions to finish off their shift.
