What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was pulling a pallet out from outgoing that was stuck. As employee was doing so he felt that the pallet was not being release. Employee then used more force to pull the pallet which let to him getting a sprain to his left arm. He then noticed that he needed to use more force because the pallet was broken. Employee was not using a pallet hook to free up pallet.
