Using a wrench with a cheater bar

Front end operator was working on a bodymaker. Employee was tightening the punch in BM 11. He was using a cheater pipe to help tighten the punch. His hand then slipped and his hand was cut on the cheater pipe. The pipe was bent at the end which caused his hand to get cut. Employee notified supervisor and was sent to an urgent care where he received 6 stitches. Employee returned to work same day.
