On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Gloucester Security received a call regarding an employee at overhead door 5 in [REDACTED] with their ankle pinned between a pallet jack and wall The Security Office called [REDACTED] and sent out an Onsolve message for ERT [REDACTED] arrived on scene with Gloucester PD and Rescue providing patient care to a conscious alert and oriented patient on their stretcher It was reported the employee was reversing the pallet jack when their leg became wedged between the machine and the wall The employees coworker became aware of the incident and called for help The patient was transported to the hospital and their supervisor was made aware Employee was found sitting on floor (no one witnessed the actual event)
