At [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] RFT was putting a part E170168220 34lbs Length 3ft width 185 on the first shelf of the bulk rack in the kit consolidation room They were standing on a pallet and while putting the part on the first shelf of the bulk rack lost their balance and fell backwards They fell backwards onto the floor landing on their back tailbone area and was sore immediately Area manager was notified immediately There were multiple witnesses both RFT and contractor ERT at BL99 checked them out they took ibuprofen was offered an ice pack and was sent home for the day
