Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a 2nd shift employee was walking though the high current assembly area when his knee buckled causing immediate pain and reduced mobility (noncontact injury) As explained by said employee and a witness the employee merely took a step back and to the side gesturing toward the mod he was working on causing his knee to give out Additionally the employee mentioned that he had a prior injury in that same knee (ACL tear) which he felt could be the cause given that there didnt seem to be any definitive explanation The employee was interviewed and examined by ERT before being picked up by a family member
