Supervisors Report: On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] an employee was working a UES mod in test checking communications under the wafer handler They were laying on their back got up too fast and bumped the top of their head on the corner of the frame They noticed they were bleeding after they got up the employee went to the first aid cabinet to aid themselves The employee cleaned themselves up in the bathroom and returned back to the manufacturing floor They went to inform one of their leads about the situation The employee was told to take a break and avoid working if they needed to Employee went home an hour after the incident because they were not feeling good The incident was not reported to management at this time On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the employee was still in pain having headaches and throbbing vision At around [REDACTED] they reached out to an employee who is apart of ERT on the UES line about their symptoms They redirected the employee to the First Aid room on t
