The employee was installing a wafer handler at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] onto an end station frame He was installing the necessary bolts needed to secure them to the frame when he dropped his allen wrench out of his hand that landed on the frame by his feet He bent over to pick it up and hit his head off of a protruding portion of the frame The area of his injury was located right above his left eye and eyebrow area He was wearing safety glasses at the time of this incident and suffered a laceration to his eyebrow Pictures attached to show portion of the frame where the injury occurred where the allen wrench was dropped
