Luis will need to be re-tested for audiometric parameters he has worked in areas above 85 decibels with hearing protection for 8 hours on average however we cannot conclude at this time without a physicians follow-up if this hearing loss is considered to be work related. Update - Luis was retested and was determined to remain on the 300 Log
