The injury is a result of a trip and fall A full stack of bread was being moved by two employees including the injured person The bottom tray of the stack was broken and gave way while they had the stack in motion causing the whole stack to fall in the direction of the employee The employee moved out of the way of the falling stack but in so doing tripped and fell themselves from a standing position on the floor to the ground a distance of about four feet The injury is believed to have been sustained when the employee attempted to catch themselves in the fall and struck the ground wrist first The injury is located on the right arm Swelling is appearing at or above the wrist joint and the employee complains of pain throughout the forearm and is unable to move the right hand without pain The employee and the stack fell
