On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] bun mixer operator felt pain in their left shoulder Operator had ingredients on moveable cart They picked up bucket of ingredients weighing roughly 40lbs and went to dump the ingredients into the mixer when they felt shoulder pain and described it as a slight pop Operator proceeded to inform their manager of the incident [REDACTED] was contacted but prescribed at home care of heat and ice Employee was able to finish their shift without further issue Camera footage was reviewed but specific camera view is blocked by hood of the mixer leaving the review inconclusive No environmental factors played a role in this incident and employee was wearing proper PPE During the reenactment employee lifted the bucket but jerked the bucket of ingredients raising their left elbow and shoulder almost like a shrug motion and twisted to dump everything into the mixer causing the strain to their left shoulder Employee was able to recall proper lifting techniques b
