On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an engineer reported an injury to their supervisor involving pain in their left shoulder The employee believes the injury originally occurred on [REDACTED] when they were working on [REDACTED] of the bread pan return conveyor [REDACTED] sometime during that [REDACTED] They recall feeling a slight pinch and some mild pain in their left shoulder but did not report it They believe while they were working on [REDACTED] that they must had pulled their muscle from lifting the motor gearbox up the stairs going to the catwalk on bread pan return They think it may have happened when lifting and maneuvering the motor They worked 4 shifts afterwards and did not mention any issues On [REDACTED] engineer informed their supervisor as pain had become too much for them Corvel was contacted and the employee wished to be seen by outside medical so they were sent out Employee did return after their visit was written out of work from [REDACTED] and diagnosed with
