Team member was air arching in the shop on [REDACTED] He adjusted his head to better see his work and as he did he stated that the blow out hit his shoulder and got under his welding hood and safety glasses He thought it was just some dust and went over to the eye wash station to rinse it out He didnt think too much of it and continued on with his day On [REDACTED] he noticed it was bothering him a little bit but not terribly Then today [REDACTED] he reported that the irritation had gotten worse The incident was reported on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Medical evaluation was requested and he was referred for further evaluation
