Team member reported that prior to the annual outage (around [REDACTED]) he was staging wooden blocks for roll storage on the machine floor As he went to move a stack he felt a sharp burning sensation on his right hip flexor He didnt think too much of it and continued on with his work [REDACTED] he began to feel the area getting more and more sore He reported the injury on [REDACTED] stating that it had gotten to the point that he wanted to get it checked out We then took him for further medical evaluation
