Before the incident
Team member was in the process of locking out equipment for PM1 work to be completed During the process he needed to walk all around the machine and into the basement At some point during the lockout he began to feel hot weak and dizzy He then headed up to the control room to cool off While up in the control room other team members noticed he did not look quite like himself and slumped in the corner They quickly got him seated in a chair and placed ice packs and water bottles all over him Safety was contacted He was evaluated and determined it best to have rescue be called Out of an abundance of caution he was transported for further evaluation and released same day
