Before the incident
Team member was pushing bales up onto line 2 conveyor with a forklift when the left fork came into contact with the wire poppers at the conveyor entrance When the fork made contact with the wire poppers the truck lurched causing the team members steering arm to be jarred resulting in pain They immediately reported the incident to the dock foreman and shift coordinator Team member was evaluated by the site athletic trainer and determined it best to be further evaluated by a physician resulting in restrictions
