What happened

Employee was cleaning up the work area around the drill press. As he was wiping the area down he decided to use compressed air to clean out a tool holder. As he blew the holder with air particles became airborne and employee got some shavings in his eye. He didnt notice at first but as he went to lunch he felt something in his right eye. He flushed it and assumed he got it out. [REDACTED] his eye became sore and the [REDACTED] he reported it to his supervisor. Went to the eye doctor where a metal sliver along with a rust ring was removed.
