What happened
The employee was cleaning up at the end of his shift. Was moving 5-gallon buckets containing various parts for our tube holder belts. The buckets had been filled with stainless steel pads and super clean degreaser. When he lifted the bucket to move it his knee buckled underneath the weight. The employee stated there was some pain but didnt think much of it and finished his shift and left for the day without reporting the incident. After being off for 6 days the employee stated his knee was still sore and went to urgent care to get it looked at.
