What happened
Employee was walking through the warehouse and suddenly got what was thought to be an eyelash in his eye. It was undetermined what entered the employees eye. Employee flushed his eye but felt as though he didn 't get the object out so was taken to the clinic. Nothing was found to be in the employees eye at the time but he was diagnosed with a Right Cornea Abrasion.
