What happened
The individual was inside the paint booth facing west. He was closing the north bifold door when he reached for the south door. The north door did not fully secure and it moved outward jerking his right arm in the process. The individual felt immense pain and told his supervisor. They told the production manager and contacted me. The supervisor took him to the clinic to be treated.
