What happened
The EE reported that they felt irritation to the right eye after feeling some debris fall from a setup that they was working on. After flushing the eye at the eye wash station the EE said that they could feel as if there was something in there. The EE was examined by a on-site first responder and nothing was seen in the eye. EE was able to continue working and was instructed to use the eye wash again if needed. Later in the day the EE decided to seek outside care due to the continued irritation. The clinic was not able to see an debris but prescribed Erythromycin ointment and give 1 day off.
