Bringing in kegs with [REDACTED]

On [REDACTED] the (EE) contacted the Safety Supervisor to report an incident that occurred while delivering product. The EE was wheeling two half-barrels into an account when he tripped on the lower door seal causing the two-wheeler to fall on top of him and injure his right shoulder. The EE immediately reported the incident and stated that although he was sore he was able to complete his route for the day. He was evaluated by Briotix and received first aid. Over time the EE’s symptoms progressed and he was referred to a physician for further evaluation. On [REDACTED] the physician diagnosed the EE with right shoulder subacromial impingement. The EE received a cortisone injection and was released to full duty with no work restrictions.
