What happened
EE smashed his 4th finger on his left hand between two kegs while loading a hot shot in the back of a van. The van had a mat on the floor causing the keg to stick and slam into another keg next to it. This resulted in his finger becoming trapped and a laceration to his 4th finger on his left hand. Employee was evaluated by [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] referred employee to Concentra. EE received four stitches and antibiotics.
